Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date you receive your product. If more than 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a return for change of mind, unless a legal right applies in your country.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all accessories included, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at nostalgicemporium77@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all accessories included, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our 15-day return policy provides at least the same period as the minimum cooling-off period applicable in the European Union.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We cannot process a refund until we have received the returned product or valid proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within an estimated 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
